Following a long career with a large, multi-national IT organisation, Di struck out on her own as a personal development trainer in 1993 and is currently Managing Director of Learning Curves Personal Development Ltd. She became a Master Practitioner of NLP in 1995 and wrote the best selling ‘NLP for Business Excellence’ in 1999. Since then, Di has trained and qualified as a Life and Executive Master Coach and is currently Head of Corporate for one of the largest coach training organisations in Europe. She pioneered live, phone-in coaching on BBC Radio and has also been featured on BBC Television.
