Peter Fleming

Peter Fleming is a Chartered Fellow of both the UK’s Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Personnel Development – having started his career in the Retail Fashion industry in a variety of marketing roles. With extensive Training and Development experience (developing thousands of executives and managers in marketing and business skills) he founded his own consultancy business in 1982 and this led to a significant expansion in his zones of influence to include the Gulf and Middle Eastern states.

Peter has five books to his name and countless training manuals on subjects of his specialties – and a bank of original practical exercises which brings new, practical challenges to his training events. In his personal life, Peter is Chairman of the Patient Participation Group of a large Medical Practice in the UK’s East Midlands Region. He is an enthusiastic amateur musician and tireless traveller with a keen interest in how things work in cultures other than his own! Peter has an Oxford Masters which was gained from his original research into the most effective ways of achieving the transfer of learning (eg from trainer to learner).
