Gareth has worked as a consultant in the field of organisational and leadership
development for over 25 years. In that time he has worked with many leading companies
at senior level to develop products, services and systems. One of his main interests is in
applying ideas from psychology to improve performance in organisations.

He has written extensively on management issues, and now combines consultancy with his work as a research psychologist.
